Description

We are looking for a Telecaller with 0-0 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and answering any queries they may have.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services
• Answer any queries potential customers may have
• Update customer records on our CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management
• Meet call quality standards and customer satisfaction levels

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Minimum qualification of 12th pass or equivalent
