We are hiring a Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and maintaining a strong customer database. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and persuade them to use our services
