Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively educate customers and address their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 0 to 6 months of prior sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications for sales reporting.
