Telecaller Requirements:
1. Graduation or equivalent
2. Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
3. Having done a sales-related training program
4. Knowledgeable with computers
5. Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
6. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
7. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
8. Having the capability to receive criticism without internalizing them
