The objective of this role is to pass the information to the already registered members of the platform via calling.
- Connect engage with the registered users promilo.com via a calling process
- Talk about the usability of the platform ask the user to register
- Achieve targets by app download off the users.
- Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices
- Out-dial 50-75 customers daily. Liaison with customer for up selling and cross selling.
- Handle customer queries.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills

- Strong convincing skills
- Client handling skills
- Fluency in English Hindi
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in inside sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
- Solution oriented with elective problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of various online portals will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred.
