Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Intend Technosoft Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications And Skills

Roles And Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Provide information about our products and services to interested customers
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries and concerns
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to close sales or resolve issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve sales performance
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
We are looking for Telecallers
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads list.
Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Understand and address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying potential fit for our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further follow-up.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Continuously improve calling techniques through feedback and self-assessment.

Salary: 8,086.00 - 27,138.80 per month
