Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller (Inside Sales) at Mivi in Hyderabad. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the products or services offered, and closing sales deals over the phone. The role will involve maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales or telemarketing
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of electronic accessories
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience is required
