Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance policies, and other investment options.
Understand customer financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to recommend suitable products and services.- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and terms of various financial products offered by the company.
Conduct regular follow-up calls to maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.
Provide personalized investment advice and guidance based on individual customer needs and objectives.- Collaborate with sales teams, financial advisors, and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the system.
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, insurance products, and other financial instruments.
Promote and sell products/services over the phone.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.- Patience and resilience in handling objections and rejection.
