We are seeking a dedicated telecaller with fluent English proficiency to join our team of Real Estate developer of high-end commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.

• Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients interested in high-end properties through phone calls.

• Convince or generate interest in the properties by effectively communicating their features and benefits.

Handle all client queries professionally and provide detailed information about the properties.

• Ensure adequate follow-up with potential clients to maintain their interest and address any concerns.

Provide expert advice to clients regarding property investments and market trends.

• Utilize basic computer skills for drafting letters, sending proposals, and maintaining client records.

• Requirements:

Female candidate minimum 3-4 year of experience in selling real estate, preferably dealing with high-end properties.

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Basic computer handling skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
