Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Telecaller/Front Office Admin at Fit On Beatz Dance and Fitness Centre. The ideal candidate will possess excellent telephonic skills, the ability to engage customers effectively, and convert leads into loyal customers. This role will also involve front office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling:
    - Make outbound calls to potential leads with the goal of converting them into customers for Zumba fitness, yoga, western dance, and other dance forms.
    - Handle incoming calls from existing and potential clients in a professional manner.
    - Provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns or issues.

  • Lead Conversion:
    - Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities for our fitness classes.
    - Follow up on customer inquiries through phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and secure business.

  • Front Office Administration:
    - Greet visitors interested in our dance & fitness services in a welcoming manner at the front desk.
    - Manage appointments for classes, schedules for instructors, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    - Build strong rapport with customers by providing prompt assistance while exhibiting professionalism at all times.
    - Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software or tools provided.

  • Team Collaboration:
    - Coordinate closely with instructors or other departments to ensure seamless flow of information regarding class schedules or customer feedback received.

  • Performance Reporting:
    - Provide regular updates on lead conversion rates achieved along with any valuable insights that may contribute towards improving customer engagement strategies related specifically to Zumba fitness/Yoga/Western Dance classes..

    7 .Professionalism & Ethics:
    Adhere strictly to professional conduct guidelines including confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information related to clients or company operations.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    - Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
    - Proven experience in telecalling/telesales/front office administration roles preferred
    - Strong persuasion capabilities coupled with active listening skills
    - Proficiency using CRM tools/software for managing customer interactions
    - Ability multitask effectively while maintaining attention-to-detail
    - Positive attitude with high level of energy; ability work independently as well as part of a team
