Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Fly2Infinity. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a Full-Time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. We are looking for freshers with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to convince and persuade customers
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
- Update CRM system with customer information and sales activity
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales and customer service processes
