Responsibilities:- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Experience:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with CRM systems, IVR, and WhatsApp API systems.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Availability:
Must be available during office hours.Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi
