We are looking for an active and enthusiastic telecaller who is active, enthaustic and supportive. She should be empathy towards patients and provide right care and assistance.
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Boon IVF team.
Follow-up with patients about their medication, wellness, treatments etc.- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their challenges during treatment process.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the treatment and services.
Maintaining the database of the patients on a regular basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent or graduate.
Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in healthcare- Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Good time management abilities.
- Able to converse in 3 languages- Telugu, Hindi and English
