We are looking for a female telecaller with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by telephone to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services based on those needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
- Achieve set targets for sales and call volume
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
