Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers or respond to inbound inquiries in a friendly and persuasive manner. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Stay updated on any changes or additions to the product line.- Query Resolution: Listen attentively to customer queries and concerns, and provide accurate and timely information or assistance. Troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication skills to highlight the value proposition of our offerings and convince customers to make a purchase or take the desired action. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Follow-up: Maintain records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their needs are met and inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
Customer Service: Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues or complaints. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support.- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, when interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer support departments to share insights, coordinate efforts, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- graduate or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
