Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience, proficient in Kannada and Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam, Odiya to join our customer support/sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and providing exceptional service in Kannada and Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam, Odiya
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Communicate fluently in Kannada and English to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Answer customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely callbacks to interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding customer insights and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam, Odiya. English communication is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and deal with different types of customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed call logs.
- Strong persuasion skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and queries over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
Saturday 9:30am to 4:00pm
