Job Title: Tele caller
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, following communication scripts, and addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products/services. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
Maintain records of conversations and sales, and update customer information in the database.
- Follow communication scripts and handle different topics and scenarios.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.- Collaborate with team members and share useful information to improve customer experience.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Handle complaints or objections with a positive attitude.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in or related field is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Patient, persistent, and results oriented.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.

Pay: 8,- 00 - 10,000.00 per month
