Role Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive/Telecaller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with queries about our programs and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for feedback and service improvement.
- Stay updated on space and astronomy education developments.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and call handling.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer support or telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
Passion for space and astronomy education is a plus.
Skills:- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
