Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Edurays - India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our education consulting and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Knowledge of enrollment management processes
- Smart working with the ability to prioritize tasks
Roles And Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide accurate information about our education consulting and services
- Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Generate new leads through cold calling and other lead generation strategies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
