Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to parents to inform them about our educational programs.
  • Engage parents in meaningful conversations about the benefits and features of our
    offerings.
  • Follow a script or guide to ensure all relevant information is covered.
  • Answer any questions parents may have and address their concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of each call in Excel and our CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance goals.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telecalling process.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Good communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
  • Basic experience in telecalling or customer service.
  • Proficient in using Excel and comfortable with data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for working in the education sector.
    Preferred Traits:
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to empathise with parents needs and concerns.
  • Tools and Resources:
    Candidates must know how to use Excel.
  • Access to our CRM system and necessary software.
