Initiating outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided by the organization or generated through marketing campaigns. The purpose is usually to introduce products or services, promote special offers, or schedule appointments.

Handling incoming calls from customers inquiring about products or services, placing orders, seeking assistance, or making complaints. Telecallers must be prepared to provide information, address concerns, and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 300,000.00 - 360,000.00 per year
