Telecaller

Minimum 2 Years experience in tele calling, tele sales,

Prior experience in working in e commerce preferred

Gurgaon based candidates will be given preference.

Experience in Shopify will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

To Convert abandon cart customers

Up sell exiting customers

Calling customers for feedback and reviews

Minimum 100+ calls per day

5 Days working, 9 hours shift timings.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi both.

Knowledge of an any regional language like Kannada, Tamil, Telegu, Malayam will be an advantage

This is an urgent requirement and hence candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.
