Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Counselor at Sigma University India. The Telecaller Counselor will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about the institute's programs and admissions process, and answering any questions or concerns. The Telecaller Counselor will also assist in coordinating campus visits and events, following up with leads, and maintaining a database of prospective students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospective students
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of the institute's programs and admissions requirements
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other counselors
• Prior experience in telecalling or counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
