  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; proficiency in the local language and English.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling software.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and challenges effectively.
Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
