Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
