As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our real estate services, and generating leads. Qualifications And Skills
- Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
- Fluent in English and local language
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles
Roles And Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our real estate services
- Provide accurate information about available properties and answer client inquiries
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales
- Update client information in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
