Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Pune. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service
- Fluency in English
