Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, and must possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
• Fluency in English and one or more local languages
