Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at AzaleaFincap Pvt Ltd in Varanasi. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our financial services, and scheduling appointments for our Sales team. You will also be involved in maintaining customer records and updating the database with customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and effectively address customer concerns
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma
