Job Overview

Athreya Business Consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Patience and the ability to handle rejection
• Active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Positive attitude and a team player

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and effectively communicate them to clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Update client information in the database
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up on leads
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
