As a TeleCaller & MIS Executive at Tender Truck, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our database and ensuring our fleet owners are well-informed and onboarded smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Use and update data on our MIS (Management Information System) and admin platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Fleet Owner Communication: Call fleet owners to assist with completing their KYC (Know Your Customer) process on our app.
- Informative Calls: Inform fleet owners about our company and the benefits of using our platform, ensuring they understand how to maximize their efficiency and profitability.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support over the phone, addressing any questions or concerns fleet owners may have.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure fleet owners have successfully completed their KYC and are actively using our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance the user experience for fleet owners.
Qualifications:
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MIS and administrative software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
- Basic knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
