Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Aarav Global Products & Services Pvt. Ltd. The role is a mid-level position based in Malad, requiring a maximum of 6 years of work experience. This is a full-time employment opportunity where you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to drive sales and customer engagement.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our services and products.
  • Answer questions about the company, its offerings, and address any objections customers may have.
  • Generate sales leads by following up on marketing campaigns and cold calling.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer information in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests.
  • Stay updated with product and service knowledge to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
