Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cold Tele caller to join our team. As a Cold Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English communication skills, be comfortable making a high volume of calls daily, and have a passion for bulk SMS services, voice call services, WhatsApp marketing services, social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SMS Marketing, website development, mobile app development, etc.
Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients, primarily focusing on cold leads.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and qualify their interest in our services.
Effectively articulate and promote emphasizing key selling points to generate interest and lead conversion.
Build rapport and establish a professional relationship with prospects through excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and attentiveness.
Follow established scripts and call guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to company policies.
Actively listen to client objections and concerns, address them appropriately, and provide relevant information to overcome objections.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects.
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, call volume, and appointment setting.
Salary: 15K-20K
