A UK-based client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven outbound Tele-sales Representative to join their dynamic team remotely. This role is particularly focused on capitalizing on warm purchased leads, where the successful candidate will engage potential customers through outbound calls, demonstrating persuasive communication skills to convert these leads into actual sales.
Their duties include purchasing leads from preferred platforms, initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, and communicating with clients via telephone and email. They are responsible for closing deals with clients, meeting individual sales targets, and utilizing CRM and booking systems for effective customer management. Sales representatives must also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline their work processes. They are tasked with providing comprehensive information and guidance to help clients make informed decisions. Moreover, after-sales service is an essential aspect of their responsibilities, as they must ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise post-purchase.

What you need to know:
Working hours are 17:00pm - 01:30am Monday - Friday
1 weekend shift (13:00pm - 09:30pm Saturday - Sunday) every 6-8 weeks - compensated with pay and time off for weekend work.
Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation.
Salary: Provable On Target Earning (OTE) in excess of INR 45,000
(Consists of INR 25,000 basic plus uncapped commission earnings)
40 days paid holiday annually
Fully remote working (own laptop essential)
Skills Required :
At least 2 years proven experience in tele-sales
Sales experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
High level of communication skills and exceptional English pronunciation
Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
