Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales professional to join our team at Khushi Housing Solution Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties over the phone. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Knowledge of real estate market and property types
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and explain our real estate properties over the phone
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Maintain a database of customer information
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
