What is the work
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in India and the USA.
- Effectively communicate information about the conference and its benefits.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
- Work shift timings would start from 3 PM onwards.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have good convincingskills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
