As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively present and sell them to potential customers.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Sales Process: Follow the sales process from lead generation to closing sales, including follow-ups and handling customer inquiries.
CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.
