Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or services.- Identify customer needs and present appropriate product solutions to drive sales.
Lead Generation and Qualification:- Generate leads through various sources and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Track personal sales performance and report on progress regularly.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Handle objections and provide tailored solutions to address customer concerns and close sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products.
Record Keeping:- Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Ensure records are up-to-date and reflect the current status of each sales opportunity.Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the sales process.
Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all sales activities.
Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, telesales, or a similar sales role is advantageous.
