Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Highly target driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone calls and email to present our services and solutions.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and provide them with appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with contact details and relevant information.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
