Tele Sales Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling products and services over the phone, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services
• Identify and generate new leads through market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in tele sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages
