Job Description

Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services while maintaining excellent customer service. Your contribution will directly impact the company's bottom line and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate sales terms
  • Accurately and efficiently enter and update customer information in the database
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards during sales activities
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Participate in sales training and professional development sessions
  • Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
