Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling and a strong command of the English language. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their accommodation needs, and guiding them through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telecalling activities to reach out to potential clients.

- Provide detailed information about our PGs, hostels, and homestays.

- Assist students in selecting the right accommodation based on their preferences and needs.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the education or accommodation industry.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
