Hiring Criteria:

Minimum10th + 12th + 3 years degree/Diploma) Masters.
Age shouldn't be more than 35 years old.
Minimum years of sales experience are required & years of experience from life insurance industry on a single company also would be ok to hire as an exception.
Priority wise,we are looking out candidates from Life Insurance/General Insurance/Health Insurance (Agency channel Background)/ BFSI/Pharma Industry & from the hardcore sales.
GOOD IN COMMUNICATION, KANNADA, ENGLISH, HINDI AND TELUGU, TAMIL WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGES

CTC: From 1.50 Lacs to 2.50 Lacs PA+ other benefits (Medical Insurance + Foreign Trip & Conveyance).
