Role - Tele Sales & Customer Service Specialist - Health & Nutrition (Sales target based role)
Health & Nutrition experience or qualifications will be preferred. A nutritionist ok with doing tele sales will be the best fit for this role.
Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 30,000 + Variable Sales Incentive - 10% to 100% of Fixed Salary.
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customer leads over the phone.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Listening to the customers to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to Company services & products.
- Calling active & old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
- Meeting sales Targets & earning monthly incentives.
Requirements:
- Prior Telecalling experience with healthcare company will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
- The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
- Good sales skills.
- Excellent Convincing and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
