- Needs Assessment: Understand the client's specific requirements and preferences to recommend properties that align with their needs
- Virtual Tours: Arrange and conduct virtual property tours through video calls or pre-recorded content to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients, answer their questions, and address any concerns or objections they may have
- Lead Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and progress in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, financing, and contract details, to facilitate property sales or rentals
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions
