Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele-marketer. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Tele-marketer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in tele-marketing.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in tele-marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good product knowledge and the ability to explain product features and benefits
  • Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through cold calling and emails to promote our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products to meet their requirements
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to reach a wider audience
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team
