Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele-marketer. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Tele-marketer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in tele-marketing.

- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in tele-marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good product knowledge and the ability to explain product features and benefits
- Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through cold calling and emails to promote our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment
- Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products to meet their requirements
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to reach a wider audience
