Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies, promoting our events and services to targeted audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and offline channels

Create engaging content (visual and written) for marketing materials and social media

Manage social media presence, including content calendar and analytics reporting

Collaborate with sales team to ensure aligned marketing and sales strategies

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing decisions

Track and report campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements

Assist in planning and executing events, stalls, and activations

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in marketing or related field

Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and analytics

Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
