Require Female Part-Time Tele Marketing Executives in KOLKATA for Marketing Real Estate Products. In house work, 15 days in a month. Freshers or with little experience welcome.

Responsibilities :

1. relationship management with all developers

2. relationship management with potential buyers and sellers

3. follow up with potential buyers and sellers

4. inform/update sellers about their property sale status

5. take referrals from buyers and sellers

6. relationship management with brokers and Associates

7. follow up with Business Associates for business updates

8. brief customers about products and services

9. coordination with customers for site visits

10. coordinate with customers for property evaluation, videography and photography

11. telemarketing activity for new sellers and buyers

12. send property options to potential buyers
