- A digital response-based lead handling experience is preferable.
- Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone.
- Call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company s products and services.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Ability to follow the tele-calling script.
- Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge or proficient in mobile applications.
