Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Pyrogenic Engineerings (I) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Calling:

• Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential clients.

Promote our products and services effectively.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.

Research and qualify potential clients.

• Maintain and update the lead database.

Quotation Generation:

• Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients.

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of quotations.

• Follow up on quotations and address any client inquiries.

Order Conversion:

• Assist in converting leads and quotations into confirmed orders.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing.

• Track and report on order conversion metrics.

• Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Well-versed in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
